Everything was very good, excellent cuisine, very friendly and helpful staff, special thanks to the concierge captain Daniel, who helped me out in a very difficult situation when I found out that I had forgotten the only keys to my apartment in my home country in the hotel room, already being in the sterile area of the Dubai airport

All was super I hade good time quite rooms. nice food and service is super. Liked the roomservice Myo and the location. Room is spacious and has enough storage place. Amenities are there and do not require you to ask for supply. Didn’t try food since on Dubai events catering is always included. But it looked good. Gmy is also decent.

I recently stayed on a business trip with the nearby Herriot Watt University campus. The Hotel was very good in every way, but the hotel became excellent because of its staff! In Hospitality “you do not get a second chance to make a first impression” and at check in Anas was supremely helpful, courteous and efficient - as I told him myself - he is a beacon of best practice in the industry! Additionally, my stay was made all the better by Ami the housekeeper and Maria in the business centre. All three are to be commended for going over and above the call of duty! Well done all three of you!

We had another wonderful stay at the Grand Plaza Mövenpick Media! The rooms are always spotlessly clean, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the pool is a great place to relax. This was our second time staying here, and if we need to be in the area again, we’ll always choose this hotel. A special thank you to Dani at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us extend our stay when the hotel appeared fully booked online and assisted us with printing some important documents. Truly excellent service all around!
